GBWAT REOPENING PLAN
As we begin reopening the church building to welcome you and your families back to worshiping together in-person, there are many questions as to what returning to church will look like. This guide is intended to help answer some of the most common questions.
COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In total, a GBWAT service is about 2 hours in length. Services begin with the praise and worship team followed by the choir, leading the church in music! You can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, one of our pastor will come out to share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus.
What is the culture like at GBWAT?
Sunday's at GBWAT are exciting! No need for preparation, expect to feel welcomed as our guest.
What about my children?
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week - and at GBWAT Kids, we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for our Kids program the first time that you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get signed in for the GBWAT Kids experience. This is offered for kids ages infant through Grade 2.
Is there parking?
Yes! We own two parking lots for our members to park. We are also located 10 minutes from the Metra Rock Island and Union Station train stops.
